About This Image

It rains frequently in the Uinta Mountains, but rarely rains in the Salt Lake valley where I live. Because rain is experienced so infrequently, I'm fasinated by it. Here is the corner of a dirt parking lot that quickly became a shallow pond after a quick lightning and hail storm.
