How beautiful the "early morning cloud" is against the mountain as a background! And other clouds rising above this heavier one. What a glorious place to live!! The pine trees? reaching out beyond the fence as if they, too, would like to follow the road. *g* A SUPER LOVELY picture - for me, anyway! *g* So very wonderful, Lorraine. Thank you for letting us enjoy your picture of South Island!! Oh, I am sorry. I just now saw that I had already commented on this picture. Maybe you can remove the other one. *LOL*

Thankyou Steve, we wanted a crystal clear night , we were going to go to the top of the hills in the distance and photograph down the valley to the mountains, but the smoke haze didn't lift.
