well, when you mentioned the sweet scent, is what makes me even more sure it's mock orange. there are double flowers and the single type. we have the double ones like this one. very nice shrub, altho ours is not as pretty as it was, has got too rangey.

It could be called that up by you. Down here they call it Minnesota snow flakes.(we all know how backwards we are here in the US) hehehhe Why I have no clue. but very well could be mik orange
