About This Image

While driving to Kearny, Arizona I got board and decided to take some photos out of the side window of our car. We were going around 65MPH when I took this photo. It was a tad cold, the wind was blowing, and raining here and there.

Thanks very much Karen... My son was driving, no way would I take photos while driving. I used a fast shutter and the cactus were off the road a ways so they were not zipping by. I was surprised at how most of the photos came out, I took around 40 photos and at least half of them were good.

Seems like a dangerous way to capture a landscape. Amazing how sharp the image is at that speed. I have a hard time holding the camera steady while standing still! Lovely dramatic sky contrasts nicely against the saguaro.
