When I took my dog for a walk along a stream, this goose swam up and just stayed in the same spot about 25-20 feet from us and watching us the whole time we were there. I felt she must have had a nest nearby that she was guarding.

Beautiful, Beverly. The water reflections and stone really complement the Canada Goose. And I think you're correct about guarding the nest too, or the goose would have moved away. Vicki
