After seeing the picture of your giant, ancient tree, I felt a little sad that the little douglas fir that served as our Christmas tree lies discarded in the back yard, never to have a chance to reach its full potential. )-: Great shot, I'm a fan of big, old trees too.

Hi Talsi,and thanks for you comment on our gentle giant.Magoo,yes this amazing specimen stands not too far from our front door.It occupies one side of our front yard.
