Wow Chriss, there are a lot of Warblers.. I think my bird might be a Warbler. I don't know, I just take there photos LOL...

Hi Chriss, Thanks for the nice comment :) And Thanks very much for the help in finding this birds name. I will do some Google image searching with the bird names you have given me. Whittler just uploaded a Goldfinch and it sort of looks like it.

Lovely image, Alan could this little bird be a Nashville Warbler, subfamily to the Wood Warbler. I found the information in a book called Field Guide To California.
