I live in Arizona where the trees do not get very big. So when we were going through the Giant Redwoods on our vacation up the coast to Oregon, I just had to stop and give this one a big hug. The Giant Redwoods are the oldest living things on Earth. They sure make you feel small. My wife pushed the shutter button for this shot.

Hi Ann, Thanks :) I'm glad you liked this photo of little me. The Redwood trees will really make you feel small. I did need a haircut, that must have given me the ewok look lol... If you ever get the chance to go to the Redwood Forest do it...

The redwoods must be a sight to see. It's interesting to see the comparison by using your height as an example. You're looking like something in Star Wars, Alan.(those little fuzzie, short, characters)Ewok??
