thanks, Mary. This drake was doing some wierd moves in the water, - he was rearing right out of the water and then diving in about halfway up his body, and then repeating it. Not sure if he was trying to impress the "ladies" or what :) Had never seen the ducks doing that before, and thought it a bit strange for this time of year.
