Looking at the photo before I read the description and comments I thought what a wonderful painting this scene would make. It is super and the clouds are magnificant.

Yes Vicki, you can go to the top. It's located on Hwy. 1, about an hour's drive north of Bodega Bay. The actual lighthouse is reversed from the above image and sits on a point. A scenic location even with no adjustments. I made this up just for fun. Vincent, thank you for your kind comments.

1oo miles north of my home town??? (yup - it doesn't matter where I travel . . . I was born in SF and it will always be "home"!) Many years ago we took our first motorhome up US 1 and across the border, by ferry, to Vancouver Island - but I don't recall seeing this gem. Is it open for climbing? You really did a terrific photo editing job with this, Doug - I have to say it again!

Excellent use of layers here. You did a great job of watching the shadows and keeping them consistent. I like it. By the way - I'm a lighthouse freak - where is this one located?
