We spent Christmas with our new relations...they live on the edge of a wildlife preserve called the Jinker Track (near Brisbane). This bird was on the lookout for some grilled steak (in Australia we have barbeques on Christmas) so I obliged and he posed...I guess he reckons it beats the heck out of chasing a snake for lunch...
