About This Image
Kelly lives at Marineland Napier, in a crystal clear pool filled with fresh sea water. I visited the place because there are rumours that Marineland will shut down once Kelly dies. Apparently the council wants to move on, and supposedly wants to get away from that old "animals in captivity" tag that the greenies find objectionable. I thought it would be nice to take some pictures of the dolphins and sea lions there, because one day theyll be gone for good.
Post script;
Kelly died on 9/11/2008 after a short illness, it looks like Marineland will probably close now.
RIP Kelly.
