About This Image

The Jabiru or Black Necked Stork. Taken in the Kakadu National Park wetlands. After the rainy season the wetlands provide food for a host of wildlife. The Kakadu's are about 2 hours drive east of Darwin NT Australia.

Looks like a magpie with long red legs and a long beak! I like the shimmering reflection in the water.
