About This Image

This is one of the little hummers that hangs out near my deck. She has a patch on her chest that looks a bit sore.
My attempts at hummingbird photography are pitiful compared to Alandra's beautiful shots.

Really nice photo and background. Interesting photo but also sad. It's good to see it is still getting around and eating. I'm with you Robyn, Alandra's hummer shots are gorgeous hard to beat.

Thanks Alandra. I am going to give it my best next summer, but it is going to be hard to get the shots you do! I don't think we have near the variety that you seem to have. At least I have not noticed so many different ones. I have a hummer book that i need to get out and study a bit more. I planted sweet peas, hoping that they will like them alot and next in the vines hopefully.
