I like the intent gaze as he is sizing up the cat but you can see that it is a gentle look. Beautiful portrait.

Thanks so much karen, Talsi, and Whittler for looking in and the kind comments, as a young dog she was knocked around, so sad to think of what was done to her, her new owners love her so much, and she returns that love, she a beautiful dog I could have brought her home with me. she also has a black lab for company, not in the photograph as she was sitting on my feet conning a cuddle as I photographed.

I love how you captured his gentle curiousity as he sizes up the indifferent cat. It reminds me of how our dogs and cats got along so well. Very cute!
