Carol this is a wonderful action shot of this hummer. Did you happen to watch PBS and the special program on Humming Birds. I watched part of it as I was channel surfing that night and came upon the program by accident. So informative to watch. Though of you right away when listening to them discribe the different habits of this beautiful bird. I know how much you enjoy this little bird.

Great action shot and you even caught it talking to you :) I had a wonderful surprise a couple days ago and saw I think a Ruby Throated Hummingbird getting a drink from my birdbath.
