male rufous or Allen's hummingbird, contemplating taking a bath in the fountain bubble, which has a small "sparkle" on it. Wish I could enhance that :)
the reason am thinking perhaps this is an Allen's hummingbird, is due to the green iridescence on his head and back. have to check the bird book or online.
