About This Image

Female Rufous hummingbird, watching me from the nectar feeder, which hangs under our front eaves. taken from the open front window, at opposite end. They seem quite timid of the camera.

thanks, Vicki, glad you like it : ) We do see the hummers sitting around here quite often, on a tiny twig in the shrubs surrounding our patio, keeping their eyes on/guarding the nectar feeder. They are very possessive of their feeders : )
