About This Image

This female hummer was playing a game with my husband when this shot was taken. She would cock her head and check him out, before refreshing herself at the feeder. He was about 3 feet away when this shot was taken of her!

she looks quite a bit larger than the hummers we get here, - which type is she? looks like her feeding tube/tongue is sticking out here : )
