Bodrexclalu - Sep 20, 2015 07:20 AM EDT You'll love it you can absolutely do it. I was nuvroes, too, and now, I can run 3 miles without stopping. Not fast I think it takes me 40 to 45 minutes but I can do it. I don't want to say C25K was easy, but at the end, you get to pick a smiley-face icon that represents how you feel at the end of the workout, and it was rare that I picked anything other than the giant smile . A couple of times, I went with . I never did the straight line icon, or a frown-face.
