About This Image
Small spiny tree is very widely distributed in Europe, growing in thickets, hedgerows and the edges of woods, it is also planted as a windbreak and boundary hedge. It can reach to heights of 10m or more. Crown: spreading or rounded, with intertwining branches.
Leaves: divided into 3 to 7 deep lobes with smooth or sparsely toothed margins; up to 8 by 7cm.
Flowers: 8-15mm across, with 5 white overlapping prtals, they grow in dense fragrant clusters.Enjoy:)
