Guest - Oct 31, 2005 04:38 PM EDT May, Thank you for such a nice compliment...and yes you are correct about getting it to "stand still"...There was no wind that morning; my camera (an Olympus WZ8080) was on my tripod and I had set the timer on my camera. The exposure was such that I couldn't hand-hold. Again, thank you for the nice comments.
Guest - Oct 30, 2005 04:40 PM EDT I really admire this photo. If you have seen this flower, you don't understand how delicate the long stem, and so hard to make it "stand still". I have never been able to get it this good. What kind of camera are you using and how long did you hold your breath?
It just shivers in the slightest air movement.
Guest - Oct 26, 2005 02:16 PM EDT I like it also, very nice. Very airy appearance with the petals and especially like the long stamens. wondering if it has a nice scent
