that looks more like the colour of the hornets we get around here, than the other darker one you showed earlier. This is the type that make those huge nests pictured on my gallery.

Thank you Bill for naming my insects for me it helps everyone that looks at the photo and also me once I know the name I can search and research it.So very kind of you. I think its lots of fun to take pics of bugs and to see what they really look like. Carol
