Golden morning sunlight on a pampus plant just as the sun rises.

Guest - Apr 24, 2007 04:22 PM EDT Thankyou Vicki, I only had a limited area that I could get, I've asked permission to go in, I'll wait and see, but it would make quite a difference.
Guest - Apr 24, 2007 08:21 AM EDT The morning sun really sets this off Lorraine. The coloration and the detail are lovely. I agree with Steve on the spike to the right, but the fence posts might work better from a different angle and a bit more emphasis. This one would work well with and without them. Vicki
Guest - Apr 24, 2007 03:15 AM EDT Thankyou Steve for looking in and helpful comments, there was a fence where I was standing and then this one in the photograph, and private property, so I was slightly stuck as to where I could get, I see what you mean with that stray pampus stalk also, thanks for that.
Guest - Apr 24, 2007 02:10 AM EDT Great morning sunlight shot. The seedheads look like exotic feathers, and stand out so well against the cool blue and black of the water. Those fence posts are a pity, though, and I'd probably crop out that lone grass stalk at the extreme right of the frame.
Guest - Apr 23, 2007 11:47 PM EDT Beautiful Lorraine. I love the color and texture of the plant.
