I love your picture of the gator. It is good it is swimming away and not towards you. Once I get back to work, I will buy a better camera then I have so I can paddle into Bayou Lafourche and take a good gator picture.

This alligator reminds me of a sea serpent lurking in the water waiting for a hapless fisherman to venture too close.
