ob lovely shot of a truly wonderful raptor . as you know i have 3 raptors as pets and i dont tie em down .i have been to a lot of show ,widelife parks etc and yes they do tie them down but ithink if you do it from young it knows no different also there is the saftey point to . i dont disagree but i dont agree with it ..

great image. Was the eagle previously injured and unreleasable? If not I can't see why it should be a captive.

Thanks Lorraine, Don and Carol for your stopping & comments. This eagle was in a nature museum, even with all the space & open air it is still tied.

Neat shot. Sad that the Eagle isn't free, unless he is injured or ill and needs care. OB, I wouldn't say that "How would you like being tied down" to a whole lot of people. Some folks go for that sort of thing :-). Don
