Guest - Apr 14, 2005 11:42 AM EDT I like the angles formed by the walls in the background and the light laying across the pool table.
In fact, everything is at a harsh angle except for the circular shape of the balls, which is another subtle way to draw attention to the balls on the table.
This is a great picture.
Guest - Apr 13, 2005 05:12 PM EDT Bill, I think Brian would go to NV just to play pool! lol Where are you in NV?
Guest - Apr 12, 2005 05:16 PM EDT I like to play 8 ball as well. If you are ever in Nevada, let me know and we can play some pool.
Guest - Mar 23, 2005 02:19 PM EDT This shot was taken at my brother's apartment clubhouse. He works there so he's able to reserve the clubhouse. The whole family came over that day, which was really cool.
Guest - Mar 23, 2005 04:21 AM EDT Sorry about the typo, BRIAN!
Guest - Mar 23, 2005 04:19 AM EDT Bran,I'll add my thanks to all the others for your wonderful site which allows so many of us photo nuts to "show and share". I really like the large windows all along the wall. You must have some great views. Thanks for sharing.
Guest - Mar 22, 2005 02:51 PM EDT I'm glad you all liked my picture. That was a fun time playing pool with the family. I used to play pool every day on my way home from school because my best friend had a pool table in his basement.
Guest - Mar 22, 2005 02:27 PM EDT Jocelynne that is a great photo! Thanks for sharing it!

Guest - Mar 22, 2005 04:23 AM EDT Great Pic, Brian! Good to put a face with the postings. Like how the photgrapher captured the young one studying your shot.
Guest - Mar 22, 2005 03:59 AM EDT I agree! lol I was giving him such a hard time cuz he's so serious when he plays pool or bowls. I got a lot of great shots of everyone playing pool: the concentration, the straight lines and round balls, the surface texture and the light.
Guest - Mar 22, 2005 03:32 AM EDT naturally i don;t think he would have it any other way. He was not about to let you get the pic if he was nto gonna make the shot
