Hi Ann; Thankyou for the lovely comment. Do you have your hummer feeders where you can look out a window and keep on track when they are around and sometimes if your careful you can open the window without them noticing.The open windows always make for a better photo but I have never seen a photo of a Hummer that I didnt like.They are a very special bird.

Carol, this is such a great new prospective on the hummingbird. I admire your photographs so much more today. Yesterday I chased more birds around encluding a hummingbird that was taking such delight after the rains. I hope to get a hummer before the summer is over. The colors are so beautiful in this photograph of this hummingbird.
