I know exactly how you felt! So many times I've fiddled about with the curves dialog, looked endless times at the before and after views, and got myself into a paroxysm of indecision! And quite often ending up wishing I'd left well alone! :(

Thank you for your wonderful comments Steve. I actually did play with the brightness and contrast quite a bit before posting it. "Should I or not", kept playing over and over.... I ended up with not. Take care.

Superb low-key image (I might have brightened it a tad, but that's simply a matter of taste) and the subtle red, pink and white tones have been rendered expertly. The composition and curve of the bird's neck are nigh on perfect.
