Anne.. what a lovely comment! I work in the office of a religious orginazation and the Pastor will sometimes comment on the fact that when I attend the photography weekends that there is no "church"... I really feel that there is no "church" greater than a group of nature photographers out together at first light marveling over God's wonderous work. Although I will admit to not being the most religious person, it is times like these that take my breathe away.

A It Was In The Beginning *g* or even "And God said, "Let there be light!" It is that kind of beauty! The bright lighter trees, sharing that wonderful dawn with the pines. The fallen tree, the branch that could pass (at first glance) for the serpent but then one realizes it isn't. *g*. However it was so close to the innocent golden flowers with their heads bent!! A Lovely, Beautiful picture - wish I had been there!!

I was actually walking a trail and my back was to this scene. I just happened to turn around and there it was. I had to hurry and get my backpack off and get my equipment out. I feel really lucky to have captured it.
