About This Image

This is one of a litter of kittens at our remote summer cottage. We hadn't been there for a couple months, and found that their feral cat mother was raising them in the garage; we never did see her. We were probably the first humans the kittens had seen, and they were very wary. They seemed to be getting along very well, so we left them alone, and they eventually moved on.
