Thanks Alandra,they are about the size of a bluejay or robin they are bigger than goldfinches.

great capture of this gal. Am surprised how drab she is compared to the males, as have never seen these in real life. Neat birds. Are they the size of house sparrows? They look bigger than goldfinches but just guessing.
