Hi Alandra Thank you for looking. Nashi Pears i am told come from Asia. They are a Pear with a pale yellow thin skin and a very crisp flesh with lots of liquid and the freshest flavour. Hope this helps

intersting, Tania, thanks for describing. Have also never heard of this fruit or tree. Also haven't heard of nashi pears either :)

Hi Don, Yes the fruit is an egg shape and varies in size up to one that you couldnt close your hand around. The skin is green and alittle waxy the flesh is a cream colour with little brown seeds. Its texture I think would be simular to a banana and possibly a nashi Pear. They have a distinctive flavour shaken from the tree or picked to soon they can be quite sour If left to fall naturally to the ground they a quite sweet. There a fejoa wines made and exported. They are used in all types of cooking baking etc. They would be one of my fav fruits.

Hmmm, I've seen these type of fejoa like flowers before :-). They have fruit? Cool, I really have never heard of them or their fruits, what are they like? Sweet, sour, big or little....interested. Thanks, Don
