Very nice capture, I like the spotlight effect too. Looks like a scene straight from Little Pink Riddinghood...minus the wolf.

Good idea using the spotlight filter. The photo's got a lot of impact anyway, with the striking pink, and your filter increases that. I wondered if a slight gaussian blur applied to the trees and distant path might add another element to your effect?
