very endearing. Exactly what I was going to say, "I love donkeys" also. Have you read the Minack Chronicles? (by Eric Tangye)--donkeys are featured in those true stories. About a couple who left the city life (London,UK) and moved to the Cornwall countryside and started a flower farm, and also kept donkeys and various other pets, which they write about.There are several sites online about these people and their books.
