I don't know what this is called. It's very heavy - steel I think. They swing it around their bodies a couple of times and then let it go. These are mostly very heavy duty fellows, and it takes place every year at the Scottish Games here. They toss cabers which are telephone poles (you should see them balancing them in their hands, and then throw them; and there's another one with a burlap bag filled with something, and a pitchfork which they throw over a high crossbar.
