They can if you let them get away with it. They can drive you nuts, but the trick is a squirt-gun. One quick shot, just at the feet, and told they are a bad bird does the trick. Along with good praise for being quiet of course.

great shot and beautiful parrot. the feather detail is excellent and also the tinge of blue on the skin around its eye do they make a lot of noise?
