Deserted Boat House

Thanks everyone. It looks like a mansion but it is called Boathouse and canoe's are stored there and rented from there in the summer for the small lake.

I have to ask... if this is the boat house what kind of boat was in there? Looks like a mansion by the lake to my colonial eyes. Lovely photo, Mary :)
