Reflection of the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building in Oakland. CA. The left side of the picture (vertical lines) is the building, the rest is the reflection. The patterns created by the light and windows are wonderful.

Cool perspective, nice composition, but your highlights are shot. Try taking the left building and applying a copy, invert it and set to 50% soft light. This should bring back your details while maintaining a psychological draw toward the center perspective highlights.
