Thanks for the great comments Talsi,Jas and Don,I don't know why people don't like dandilions on their lawn.The greens are great to eat before they go to blossom.

Yes, great shot of the dandelion! The larger version shows off all the small 'tendrils' on the tips of the petals. Lovely, rich, colour too. :)
