Dandelion

A salad sounds delicious,I guess there are people that dont like them growing on their lawns but they have never bothered me,thanks for the comment Alandra.

lovely pic of the dandelion, Carol. Have never cooked the early dandelion greens, but have made salads with them, with a deelish cooked dressing made with real bacon, chopped, -vinegar, egg.

Thanks Don for the lovely comment,I have never made wine but in the spring before they get their blossoms I cook Dandelion greens and they are yummy with lots of melted butter and vinegar on them.
