About This Image

This late spring sunset has nice yellow base to it and decided to shoot it in portrait to get the little bit of blue sky in the frame, to help balance the small silluotte at the opposite edge of the frame.
It was taken from our house in Clover Park,
North Island,

New Zealand.

Beautiful colors. I do the same thing to try to catch some blue so people can see that the sky really was that red and gold.
