Talsi, I am getting all kinds of plant catalogs and noticed your plant in one of them. I believe this plant is "Tradescantia spathacea variegata" or "Moses in the Bulrushes". By the way, your photograph is better photographed then the one they put in the catalog.

Nice close-up of this plant. The colours are really striking and the shades of purple add a warmth to the cool green colour.
