Well, thanks to everyones input. I tweaked the Canvas Shuffle photoshop oil painting conversion special effects project to what I believe is the final product. I'm real happy with it. It looks great full screen, really does look like an oil. The little version here looks more like a photo than the 8x10 print size does. I hope the eye is visible in this 500 pixel version.
