Henriette - Nov 25, 2015 01:52 PM EDT This weblog apareps to get a good ammount of visitors. How do you promote it? It offers a nice unique spin on things. I guess having something real or substantial to post about is the most important thing.

Guest - Oct 01, 2006 09:19 AM EDT Hi Carol; This a gorgeous picture of a Monarch Butterfly. The Wild Asters add a soft touch and enhance the white spots in the Buterfly's wings.
BEAUTIFUL WORK.

Guest - Sep 28, 2006 11:08 AM EDT Thanks to all for viewing and commenting on my butterfly, always appreciated.
I love experimenting,I only have PSP7,I know I can make the whole photo lighter or darker.
Any suggestions how I can get the butterfly lighter without lightening everything?
Guest - Sep 28, 2006 10:00 AM EDT Very nice butterfly shot Carol, I like the angle. Don
Guest - Sep 28, 2006 03:09 AM EDT This is a really fun and energetic photo, with the butterfly's wings joining the angled leaf stems. The depth of field is just enough to capture the essential butterfly and drop the background into second place. The only suggestion would be a slight lift in the lighting on the butterfly itself, if you feel confident to experiment with it. What a neat shot!
Guest - Sep 28, 2006 02:23 AM EDT beautiful. it's amazing that you're still getting butterflies there.
