About This Image

Here's my Buffy. I rescue dogs, and I saw her on the internet at a high kill shelter in Los Angeles, California. Had her pulled, spayed, and sent to me here in FL on Delta Express. She's happiest when she is matted, dirty, wet and stinky.

Buffy's very lovely, and sounds like our Ruggles, another rescue that we kept. I agree that your doing the rescuing is a wonderful thing to be involved in. Many people on the doglists that I was on, did that. We don't actually do dog rescue work, but we have rescued many dogs and cats over the years and gave them a good home. All our cats have been strays or unwanted pets. And 2 of our current dogs were rescues.

Thank you, Mary. It is a wonderful thing to be able to do it. I've placed hundreds of dogs into good homes. And a lot came here and stayed!
