The parkway here is closed in the winter - they don;t have the manpower or equipment to keep it cleared - and the tunnels stay icey for long periods due to no sun.

I didn't realize it, they shut down the parkway in the winter, or are they a little behind in the snow cleanup? It looks like the crosscountry skiers are enjoying it.
