Thanks all for your comments. These are very pretty flowers there are quite a lot of them planted on the campus where I work. They are very summery! I crouched down to get this angle. Stephanie

I took a few pictures of some flowers in a nearby park. I thought some of them might have been Black-eyed Susans. I wasn't sure, but I am now. Thanks for posting this.
