Black Squirrel Injured Paw- closer view

thanks Talsi, well, we hadn't seen the injured one for a few days, but he was here today, and seems to be managing okay with the lame front paw. I got some more pics of him/her, so will put one up later.

Poor little fellow. Sure do hope he survies okay. He looks like he's doing okay in that nice photo of him.

Great shot,I'm sure he is getting plenty of nourishment at your place,so he will probably mend alright.

thanks Carol. yeah that's what I thought too. You can see where the fur is off on the side of the paw. Wonder what happened. maybe he got his paw caught someplace. Sad to see it. I like the specks of dirt on his face, from where it digs up and hides the peanuts : )

Goodness his paw must be broken, I hope not such a pretty squirrel. Carol
