Beach Walk Way

Hi Bernie, this is out at Opunake, Middletons Bay, not the main beach but just a little futher over, good for fishing and paddling but I wouldent swim there, has quite a drop off and sharks are quite common in this bay, its where the fishing boats launch from, the road has being sealed down to it now, steepish, but no problem getting down or back now.

There's that Flax (Harakeke) thing again! Where is this? I can imagine 2 of my children loving the beach, and the 3rd making herself at home in the flax bushes making flowers. It is almost a path of mystery. Very well taken

Thankyo Anne for looking in, the bushes either side of the railing are flax, , it looks like flowers but just the way the sun caught the shinny leaves.

Beautiful shot! The white rail really captures one's eyes. Were those white flowers on either side of the Walk Way?
